CONCISE REPORTING

During your inspection, we measure your property, creating diagrams to be used in your report along with problem areas found.

Your final inspection report details property findings and recommended actions needed to remeby the problems found.

We file our Reports weekly with the California Structural Board and file on bahalf of Real Estate Companies from Lompoc to Camarillo, California.

THOUROUGH INSPECTIONS

Houses built on stilts require that we crawl underneath the foundation of the property to thoroughly look for activity of Termites.

We will need clear access to the attic area(s) of the property to fully inspect the upper structure of the property.

Any debris, such as wood piles kept neat a home can pose a potential Termite threat and will be inspected too.

EASY TO WORK WITH

Your inspection will be handled in a friendly manner and you are invited to follow the inspector around the property if you wish. Although we don't recomment you go under the home or enter the attic with the inspector for safety reasone.

As with any inspection/review it's best to let the professionals handle any equipment for the safety of everyone involved.
